Masa rarely got to go out by himself. His mother had always worried the he would end up getting hurt or worse but every so often the boy was able to sneak out of his room. With Puroromon in tow he was able explore the world he had been denied for so long. Todays adventure had started off rather simply. Masa had collected all of his allowance that he had saved up and decided that he would ride the train. It was a simple enough idea, he would ride it around for a bit just to say that he had and then head back home. The boy hadn't counted on the fact that train rides were incredibly boring. Both he and his digimon had fallen asleep. Hours passed and eventually the duo was stirred from their slumber by a man checking tickets. Before Masa could explain that he had fallen asleep he was thrown from the train.
Masa groaned as he picked himself up and looked around the station. He had never been there before and people stared at him. Apparently it was a rare occurrence for people to be thrown off the train. Masato groaned as he got up and located Puroromon who, still pretending to be a doll, laid motionless at his side. He shuffled towards him quickly and snatched him up just before a rather large man stepped on him. "You're gonna get squished." he muttered as he placed the bee on his head. He buzzed with laughter before Masa shushed him. "Where are we?" he asked as he glanced around and spotted the station name. Hikarigaoka, Masa read. He blinked as he realized that he was at least two hours away from his home.
"Oh no," he said as he looked at the train schedule. There would be a train coming to take him home in a few moments.
"Masa-masa," Puroromon said in his buzzing tone. "You should go have fun-fun!" The bee said, acting like a tiny shoulder devil. Masa's own common sense was the angel telling him that he had to be home or he would be found out. Masa bit his lip as he tried to think. He looked between the train tracks and the staircase that lead up toward the city. Several glances later Masa was running out of the train station. He panted as he looked around, practically blinded by the light of the midmorning sun. As he looked around he spotted several unfamiliar land marks. Despite living relatively close to the area Masa had never visited and only driven through it on occasion. As his silver eyes scanned the area he attempted to find some place that he could sit and think for awhile.
His blue shirt, with the words Replay stretched down the right side, clung to his body as the wind kicked up around them. Puroromon clung to his head as he walked forward before locating a small park. It was filled with children laughing and playing. Several benches circled it and one, which had obviously been moved by some hooligans, was sat farther away. Masa made a beeline for the lonely bench and plopped down on it with a soft sigh. "We need to find a way home." Masa said as he sat the bee in his lap. Puroromon shook his head furiously, forgetting he was supposed to stay still.
"No!" he proclaimed loudly. "Masa-masa and Puroromon are gonna stay and play." he said defiantly as he squinted his eyes at his partner. "Masa-masa never plays with Puroromon anymore." he said with a hmph.
Masa covered his face with his hands. "We've been busy Puroromon. With going to the digital world and hiding you from mom. We haven't had the time." Masa felt for his digimon and was sad that he was unable to entertain him like he used to.
Puroromon puffed up his chest and cheeks. "We have time now!" he shouted, his small body generating a louder sound than most would expect. Masa panicked and grabbed Puroromon and covered his mouth.
"Shhhhh!" he said, almost as loudly. Seveal people had turned to look at him and he could only let out a nervous fit of laughter. "I was uh... practicing my... ventriloquism." he said slowly as he thought of an excuse. Apparently the people had bought it because they looked away. Masa sighed in relief as he uncovered the digimon's mouth. "You're a terrible doll."

It was a bright and midday in Hikarigaoka. The sun was shining high in the air with no clouds in the sky. There was a faint cool breeze flowing in the air so the air wasn't too hot. Birds were singing outside in nearby trees along with people laughing cheerfully outside. It would be a great day to hang out in the park...Rosaline would do that if she could. But, sadly, she was currently in a Martial Arts lesson in a nearby dojo. Normally during the year, she usually go to a local dojo. However now it was Summer, she had more times on hand.
Meaning she can travel to Hikarigaoka and instead go to this larger dojo located in the city. Currently, Rosaline was against a male opponent who was a higher ranked and was much BIGGER then her. It looked like he could snap her spine like a thing twig. Most of the local students were snickering and sending sneers at Rosaline. It seemed that they didn't believe that she could defeat the upper ranked practitioner.Rosaline however, with a calm smile on her face, didn't seem nervous at all. When the gong ranged, Rosaline's opponent immediately took an offensive stiff stance. It was as if he was preparing to attack Rosaline first. Rosie , on the hand , got into a loose unrefined stance.
When the others say this, the reactions were mixed. Some of the younger students were snickering. The older students were looking disappointed. However, the most interesting reactions was from the dojo teachers and her opponent. Her opponent looked furious and angry as rage appeared in his dark eyes. The teachers reactions were opposite, instead of disappointment and anger, they seemed amused and very interested in Rosaline was about to do. Rosaline slowly pulled her hand up to her mouth and gave out a bored yawn. This was the last straw and her opponent rushed head first at Rosaline. It seemed like he was making the first move!
With a clouded mind, he did a hard right palm trust at Rosaline's chest area. With that amount of muscle and speed, if it contact, it will cause some bruises and maybe break some bones! Just when the instructor about to cancel the match, Rosaline quickly shifted into her own offensive stance. With a twinkle in her eyes and a soft smile, she dodged to the left of her opponent. She then proceeded to twist her opponent's arm behind his back and pin him on the group with surprising strenght of a female. Turning to the head instructor of the Dojo, Rosaline gave a calm smile and opened her lips to speak, "Is that good enough for you? Do I rank up, sensei?" along with tilted her head to the side. The instructor was currently given a few chuckles and nodded. He proceeded to hand Rosaline a black cloth belt. With a triumph smile, she proceeded to tie the belt around her waist as she took off her old worn out belt. With another glance, Rosaline turned to her instructor who gave her a nod. She was dismissed.
Whistling tune, Rosaline headed to the restroom and began changing. Instead of her black and red martial arts uniform, she was now wearing something more normal and causal. She was now wearing a crimson red t-shirt with a black dragon in a spiral on it. On her legs was worn out jeans with holes and patches on them. She then reached for a black and orange vest and slipped it on and then began to tie up the laces of her black low cut combat boots. When she stepped out of the dojo, she grinned happily as she tossed her baseball cap into the air and then catch it. With done, she placed her hat on her head and began to head to ally. She rolled out a black and red skateboard and then began to look around. For a first time seen, she looked worried. She was looking for something.
"Adie? Where are you girl? The coast is clear!" Rosaline hissed as she began pushing away junk as she began looking for something. Still no sign of her partner and dear friend. It seemed she was playing hide and seek. Or was having fun and games. She could have sworn she heard a faint giggle somewhere. When she turned to where the giggling was coming from, there was still no sign of HER. Rosaline sighed and shook her head. Okay then...Time to change tactics then! "I got your favorite snack! Chicken Wings!" With that said, Rosaline reached into her bag and pulled out a small box. "Oh no fair! You know I cannot resist meat!" A voice sighed as a pair of yellow eyes glowed in the darker part of the ally.
"Come on out then Adie! Or do you want to me eat these by myself?" Rosaline stated as she prepared to open the box with her slim fingers. Suddenly a red blur lacked onto Rosaline's leg. It was a small red round dragon with devil wing shape ears. It was a Gigimon, a feminine sounding. "NOOO!" The Gigimon cried and gave off a soft sob. "DON'T HOG THE CHICKEN WINGS!" Rosaline gave a soft chuckle and petted the small dragon on the head. Reaching into the box, she placed a chicken wing in front of the small dragon. "Here you go Addie..." Rosaline chuckle as she stood up and began dusting her clothes of almost nonexistent dirt. Adie, the Gigimon, had a devious smile in her eyes as she began chomping onto the chicken wing and soon it was gone! Bones and all!
"You don't play fair Rosie!" Adie growled with a soft pout on her chibi like face. Rosaline chuckled and gave a shrug. She seemed to be amused by her partner's reactions and comments. That is why she enjoyed having Adie as her digimon partner. She wouldn't trade her for any digimon! Especially because of all the things Adie did for her before they became partners. "What can I say? I love winning. I blame that trait on you remember?" Rosaline chuckled as she raised an eyebrow as smirk on her face. A faint, not noticeable blush, appeared on Adie's face. While muttering, Adie jumped into Rosaline's backpack. It was time to go out for a ride.
While skating on her skateboard, she finally stopped at a park. She noticed an unfamiliar figure. He seemed to be talking with a golden bug like creature. When he felt people staring at him, he stated he was praticing his ventriloquism. Heh, she used that excuse all the time. That or Gigimon was a new custom made toy, who was defective. If she was in her rookie form, a kid in a costume. She noticed the boy was around her age and looked lost and tense along with worried. She glanced at Gigimon from inside her pack and raised an eyebrow. She sent a look that said if she should greet the mysterious kid. Adie nodded her head rapidly from inside the backpack.
Taking a deep breath, Rosaline walked over to where Masa was. She decided to open her mouth to speak. "Hey...Cool 'doll'. I got one as well. Want to see it?" With that said, she seemed to drag out the word doll. As if trying to imply she knew that Masa's doll wasn't a doll and she also got a digimon. With that said, she placed her backpack on the bench and pulled out Adie. Adie sniffed Masa and Puroromon and then began to wiggle her tiny tail. "I call her Adie the Gigimon." Rosaline chuckled as she then looked around. "Don't call Adie a male or an it...She prefers to make it clear that she is female. She bit my cousin in the rear for calling her an it."

Masa leaned his head back and rubbed Puroromon's head affectionately as he sat upon the bench. Despite all of his worries he was glad to get outside. The feeling of the sun on his face warming his bones was one that he had been without for far too long. He closed his eyes and almost drifted off to sleep as he allowed the warmth to overcome him. He would have stayed in that position for hours it it hadn't been for the warning of a certain little bug. Masa opened one eye and looked down at his partner as he began to lightly flap his wings. "Masa-masa, I smell...." before Puroromon could finish his warning a girl carrying a skateboard showed up in front of the two. Puroromon instantly stopped moving and adopted the most vacant expression that he could. Masa opened his eyes and gave the girl a nervous smile as he looked at her. His silver eyes scanned over her as she began to speak and mentioned his doll.
As terrible as he was with people Masa could hear the implication in her voice. He gave himself away by looking towards Puroromon and then back towards her. He remained silent as she spoke. The boy was cautious, especially when it came to his only friend. As if he could protect the small digimon Masa scooped him up and held him against his chest tightly. Puroromon made no motion and his expression was the same dopey one that he had been wearing the entire time. When the girl mentioned the she had the same kind of doll Masa tilted his head toward her bag, assuming that it had to be in there. He gave Puroromon a light squeeze as he watched the girl move. When she pulled out a small red digimon Masa watched it as it inspected him and his friend. When it began to wiggle it's tail Puroromon began to buzz about.
Masa tried to hold him but to no avail. The tiny bee digimon, with all six of his wings flapping, was hard to hold onto and even harder to catch. Within seconds he had escapted Masa embrace and was buzzing about. "Digimon!" he shouted, finishing his statement from earlier. Puroromon smiled as he flew quickly towards the Gigimon named Adie. He performed what most would consider a tackle. Thought it was Puroromon's way of saying hello. The tackle wasn't very powerful and was more along the lines of what people called a glomp, or tackle hug. Puroromon latched his tiny feet onto the top of Adie's body and began to buzz happily. Puroromon was as light as they came for digimon. He had to be otherwise his six under developed wings would never be able to carry him more than an inch off of the ground. "Hello Adie," he said in a cheerful tone.
Masa watched Puroromon and then sighed when he witness his tiny monster 'attack' the girl's. "Puroromon, don't be rude. Not everyone says hello by tackling or hugging." Masa turned his attention toward the girl and smiled shyly. Talking to Puroromon was easy. Talking to a new digidestined that had showed up out of nowhere was another matter entirely for Masa. He looked her over, figuring that he could find some clues about what he could talk to her about. He blinked several times when he noticed that she had bright pink hair. He had never seen a hair color like that before. Then again, he had never seen a monster that could change into a bigger monster until a year or so ago. He rubbed the back of his head as he looked away.
"So," he said as he reached into his bag and pulled out his D-3 and D-terminal. "I've never seen a girl digimon before. I didn't really thing about the fact that Digimon had genders though." he said as he opened up his D- Terminal and entered a file that had been labeled 'Digimon'. Masa began typing away before he closed the palmtop and sat it in his lap. Masa had recently started a habit of recording things he learned in his palmtop computer. It helped him keep track of what he learned and gave him a small list of digimon that he had come across. He usually entered new entries at night, but occasionally he came across an interesting piece of information he couldn't help but enter it right away. "You must be a digidestined too." he said as he picked up his D-3 and showed it to her. Masa's D-3 was rather plain compared to most and the only color featured on it was the amber colored grip, the same color as honey.
"My name is Masato Amon." he said, before he could ask the girl her name he was cut off by his partner. Masa's silver eyes slowly found their way to Puroromon and locked onto him.
"Masa-masa's name is Masa-masa!" Puroromon said, buzzing the s in his name so it was more like a z. Masa sighed and then turned toward the girl again.
"You could call me Masa too." he said, finally accepting the nickname that his childish friend had given him. "That's my partner Puroromon. He doesn't really have a nickname and I'm pretty sure that he's a boy or at least I hope he is otherwise that'd make things a little awkward for me. Anyway, what's your name?" he asked as he looked toward her and then down toward her digimon. He hoped that Adie was good humored or otherwise Puroromon might be in for trouble. The small bug had a penchant for irritating others with his playfulness and would often begin rants of his epic tales of his daily life, often played up so that they were much more impressive than they really were. Masa, though he hated to admit it, often thought they were amusing and usually found himself laughing at them. Masa and Puroromon were an odd pair in that way.
Masa, so shy that he could barely talk to another human being and Puroromon, so headstrong and friendly that he often ended up trying to befriend the wrong person. They were to different extremes and only when they were together were the two anywhere close to being normal or suffer-able. If they were apart Masa would most likely spend almost all of his time locked in his room while Puroromon would have ended up getting himself killed by some much bigger digimon that he thought he could take on. Masa made sure Puroromon was safe while Puroromon made sure Masa had fun. It was an even trade and a sort of symbiotic relationship that the two cherished.

Rosaline waited in silence and anticipation. If her theory was wrong, she would try to convince the guy that Adie was a new toy. Soon, she felt a buzzing sound. It was not very loud, but still able to be heard by the naked human ears. Adie's ears twitched and began to twirl, as if listening to the sound with curiosity. However, much her relief, the yellow creature in the boy's hands began to move. So that must be what be causing the sound! Much to her amusement, the creature in the boy's hands began to wiggle about. A soft chuckle escaped her lips as she placed Adie on the group. Adie was looking at the fellow virius in-training digimon with a look of fascination and amusement.
She knew it was pointless to stop an excited digimon, well when you are a new digidestined that is. She could see that this boy didn't seem to have experience with the outdoors and stuff. She could tell that because of his thin arms and pale complexion. So in matter of seconds, she watched the small bug like digimon fly about in the air. She raised an eyebrow when she saw the tackle. Adie braced her miniature legs and stood still when the Puroromon tackled her.
Soon, Adie let out a giggle and nuzzle her snout at Purormon. "Salutations." Adie stated in a polite yet cheerful tone. With that she gave a short bow to Masa and Purormon. Rosaline rolled her eyes at her digimon's attics. She probably picked up that up from herself. As in Adie spied those stupid and lousy etiquette lessons. Ugh, what a pain. While Adie was prime and proper, yet at the same time playful, Rosaline was totally different.
Rosaline hated anything girly most of the time. She rather play video games then go shopping. Overall, a tomboy and a girl with an attitude. Her parents, being the high class aristocrats they are, were not amused by her personality change from polite and shy to outgoing and rebellious. Of course, on the bright side, they were overjoyed that she was physically fit and had more confidence. Suddenly, she returned to reality when she heard the boy talking. She blinked when he smiled shyly at her. At this she gave a small smile and wave. 'Hm....' Rosaline thought as she glanced at the fellow digidestined. 'This guy seems a bit shy and socially awkward...Kind of like me before I meet Adie..'
She watched as the boy took out a D-Terminal and began writing in it. So, it seemed he had his digimon for a short while. Well, maybe she should explain some things to him...With this thought, she gave out a soft cough and glanced at the two digimon playing. "Well, most digimon don't actually have genders from what I observed." Rosaline stated as she gave a shrug and a sheepish smile. "Some digimon prefer to have a gender reference though. Would you like being called an it or a thing?" "Though if you think about it, it does make sense. I mean, sometimes a male digimon digvolves into a totally different genderlike role." Rosaline stated as she sat down on the bench and leaned foreward onto her hands. It looked like she was thinking. "I think some digimon are only one gender though...Like Angewomon, Angemon, Serphimon, and stuff..."
"Yeah. I am a digidestined too..." Rosaline stated as she reached into a pant pocket and pulled out her own D-3 Digivice. This digivice...looked pretty odd. It had a crimson body, black grips, and golden buttons. "How I became a digidestined will be pretty odd compared to most people. It is even weirder how I got Adie as a partner." With that she leaned back and gave a sigh. Oh that night changed her life. Not only it inspired her, it looked like she has a bigger purpose in life now.
She blinked again out of her inner reality when he heard him talking his name...Hm, Amon? Now where did she hear that last name? It sounds familiar...This caused her to close her eyes and crossed her arms across her chest as she tapped her foot. However before she could get the answer, Masato's digimon began talking. She inwardly giggle at the nickname. Masa-Masa eh? It sounded...cute.
"My name? Oh right...How rude of me for not giving it to you. It's Rosaline Cruz." Rosaline stated with a smile as she gave a mock bow to Masato. She seemed to be amused by the pair. They seemed to lift her inwardly depressed spirits. "Nice to meet you Masato. I think I should earn the right to call you by the nickname. I mean, we just meet after all." With that Rosaline gave a weak chuckle as she ran her hands through her hair.
OOC: Oh~Probably brought up some possible questions to ask. X3 Words: I...have no clue. Tag: Reyn! Muse: Pretty high...[slow typing though]

Puroromon giggled when the other digimon was still standing after his attack. He was confused when he watched her bow before Masato and himself. Tilting his head to the side he attempted to perform the same feat. The little bee was a little to eager though and ended up tripping over his feet. He tumbled off the bench only to save himself by flapping his wings together furiously. Unlike Masa, who would have been embarrassed, Puroromon simply smiled and landed next to Adie. "Masa-masa, she talks like the knight from the movie!" he said as he shifted his head toward Adie.
Masa couldn't help but laugh at his friend's observation. Knowing that the insect had a fascination with heroes the two had been watching tons of movies about heroes of old. Puroromon found them interesting and Masa hoped that they would teach him some caution. They only swelled his already large ego and made the bee more adamant about becoming a hero with his partner. Masato turned toward Rosaline and cocked his head to the side when she began to talk about things he had never heard of before. What was an Angemon? Masa, for the first time, turned toward Puroromon and wondered what his small friend would look like when he digivolved. He already knew of Pupumon, his infantile stage, then his in-training form of Puroromon, and after that there was Fanbeemon, his rookie stage. Beyond that Masa was clueless.
Would his friend be one of those digimon that turned into a certain gender as he digivolved and what exactly would he be like if he digivolved... Masa sat for a moment as he thought upon the subject. He opened up his D-terminal and jotted down a quick note to think about it later. As he did so he glanced at Rosaline. She had brought up a lot of things that had made him think and he wondered if she could give him the answers he wanted. For the second time he folded his palmtop shut and straightened up. "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance Rosaline." he said, deciding it was only polite to say so before beginning his barrage of questions. "And you as well Adie." he said as he smiled at the small red digimon.
"How did you learn all of this? You must have been a digidestined for quite some time." he said, throwing out the first idea that came to mind. Masa had only been a digidestined for a months time or so, possibly longer. All he knew was that in that month he had bonded with his digimon to the point that he knew that the little bee was his best friend. He reached out and affectionately patted his head. His large hands enveloped the top of the bee's head causing him to close his eyes, but he smiled none the less. "Puroromon and I have only been together for a short time." he said as he looked down at his partner. The bee wagged his stinger much like a dog would wag it's tail.
"But that doesn't matter. Right, Masa-masa?" Puroromon said as he opened one of his eyes to look from beneath Masa's hand. "Because Masa-masa and Puromon are gonna become he-" Before Puroromon could finish his sentance he was snatched up and his mouth was covered by one of those large pale hands. Masa laughed nervously as he held onto the small digimon. His embarrassment had given him new found strength that let him hold onto the squirmy bee. Something he wasn't able to do moments earlier.
"So, uh, Rosaline," Masa said, trying to cover up what his partner was about to reveal. "How did you become a digidestined. You said it was weird right?" he asked, his speech becoming much faster and almost erratic. Masa rarely spoke but he had found that when he became nervous he began to speak much faster and more frequently. "I don't think it was that weird for me." he threw in before she could answer. "Puroromon's egg just showed up on desktop one night and hatched when I was asleep. The stupid bee almost gave me a heart attack." he said as he glared down at his partner, it was a sign that he should be quiet. Puroromon only laughed creating another buzzing sound.
Puroromon had never understood why his partner was ashamed of his desire to become a hero. It was rather admirable in his eyes. The way Masa talked about it when he was alone with Puroromon it made other's think that the boy knew first hand what it meant to be a hero. His passion had rubbed off on Puroromon and made him want to become one as well. Why he didn't want the human named Rosaline to know confused him.

When Puroromon tried to do a bow, Rosaline let a small smile on her face. The little bee digimon was so cute and carefree. It also seemed to have more confidence then his partner. When Puroromon said knight...Rosaline couldn't hold back her laughter and soon began laughing hard as she clutched to her side. Tears fall from her eyes and after a few minutes she calmed down. Noticing some stares, she coughed and a slight blush appeared on her features. "Sorry about that.....It is that...Adie IS sort of a knight...Or at least was one. I will explain about that later if you want."
"Milady....You should be more careful. If you laugh too hard....You might have-!" Adie began to speak and before she could finish, Rosaline flicked her face. This caused Adie to fall onto the ground softly while looking dizzy. Rosaline has an annoyed look on her face. "Look Adie...You don't have to be worrisome about everything. I am fine, okay?" Rosaline sighed as her left eye twitched with annoyance. Adie got up, shook herself, and nodded. It seemed her partner digimon had an understanding what Rosaline was heading to.
"Geeze Adie...You may used to be way stronger...How you lost a lot of power ever since you became my partner. So for now, it is ME protecting you." Rosaline sighed as she shook her head from side to side. Adie huffed and a blush appeared on her red face. Adie knew where Rosaline was going. She was once a powerful Dukemon...then became an digiegg landing in the real world. Then worked her way back to the Dukemon stage...and went in a coma like state. When she awakened she was at her rookie level, but was now Adie's partner. Overall, a crazy life.
Rosie noticed Masa was thinking. He must be thinking what Fanbeemon will become. She would be like that as well. However, she seen Adie digivolve from her Baby stage from all the way to Mega. So she knew what was coming and what to suspect. Sure, that might be boring to some. However, Rosaline like predictability and planning ahead. It is just her nature. She rather know things fully about her partner then suddenly have a wild card thrown at her. When Masa stated he was pleased to meet her, a smile appeared on her features. She was guessing he was going to ask some questions. Sure, if she heard that lecture she said for the first time, she would have a lot of questions.
"To answer your question Masato, I been a digidestined for a year . It happened shortly after I moved to Japan from my home country: the United Kingdoms." Rosaline stated calmly as she glanced at Adie with a soft smile on her features. "I had an advantage though...Before Adie was my partner, she used to live in the digiworld. Back then, she was a full blown Mega level digimon. Your Puroromon was right about the knight thing. The reasoning is her mega is a humanoid knight and she spent quiet a long time in that form. So I guess that form rubbed off her...even if she is a lower stage now."
When Puroromon was about to say something, Masa quickly covered the little digimon's mouth. She tilted her head to the side and had a confused look on her face. It was clearly written on her features. What was he so embarrassed to talk about? Surely it must be a good thing...But if so, why did he stop the digimon from talking? She will ask about that later. For Masa began talking again and asking another question.
"Well, I meet Adie BEFORE she was my partner. It was when I was about 9 to 10 years old." Rosaline stated with a chuckle as she gestured at the little red dragon who was currently staring at the clouds lazily. The child dragon knew what story was coming up...So she might as well take a nap. "It all started at a camping trip. I found a red ostrich sized egg in the forest. I could have left it there, but I instead decided to look after it."
"Adie hatched from the egg and I basically looked after her because she was so confused how she ended in the real world. When she finally digivolved into the In-Training stage, she told me about herself and the world she came from." Rosaline chuckled and reached into her backpack and pulled out a worn out notebook and placed it on Masa's lap. "She taught me about some uncommon things. Like Digivolution, Types, Attributes, and Families. I took notes back then in that notebook. You can look over it if you want." With that said, she pointed at the notebook in Masa's lap.
"Anyhow, we had fun, but she was digivoling rapidly. A few days after she hatched, she was a Rookie! She accidentally started a fire in the forest...and my friends who were near by came over." Rosaline stated with a weak chuckle as she gave Adie a glare. Adie gave a sheepish whistle and looked to the opposite direction. "This caused some panic. But after I showed that Adie was safe and my friends won't harm it...things went smoothly. Of course, when Adie digivolved into Champion..Things weren't smooth sailing..."
Rosaline took a deep breath. She couldn't believe she was telling Adie's and her history to a total stranger. But for some reason she couldn't stop. Plus he seemed trustworthy. "She was too big to live nearby the camp...So she was sent to a cave a bit far away. Of course...she put up a fuse but eventually did it." Adie gave a snot at this comment. What can she say? She was attached to Rosaline to the hip. She still is, for she sneaks into her backpacks and luggage even now. "However, we got into a huge trouble soon."
"The group was fishing and were being loud...this disturbed something. That something was a metal sea dragon...A Metalseadramon. A mega level digimon and it was pretty angry." Rosaline stated as she clutched herself and began to shiver. The thought of that angry digimon still terrifies her. "It started to attack camp...for it seemed a bit pissed off.. It then specially attacks me because I looked the weakest."
"My cousin pushed me ahead and got knocked into deep water. When it went after him, I called for Adie, who I just called by her digivolution back then. And wham! Adie saves the day, but this time she is in her ultimate form: WarGrowlmon. This caused them to battle and duke out." Rosaline stated as she took the notebook and flipped throw the pages. A few pages she flipped was sketches of Adie's stages...Until finally she got to one page. A sketch of that showdown scene: MetalSeadramon vs. WarGrowlmon! "She put up a good fight...Though she had the advantage of being a Virus against a Data digimon...MetalSeadramon was still winning cause of it's level."
"However..." Rosaline stated with a twinkle in her eyes as she flipped another page in the notebook. There, on the page, was a knight like digimon. It had a swish red cape, a lance, and a shield. "She digivolved into Dukemon! Her mega form! Thus round 2 starts...Just about Adie was going for the finishing blow...Their attacks hit together. And wham! They vanish!" With that said, she closed thenotebook and placed it back Masa's lap.
"Then I moved to Japan...Got my digivice...And got reunited with Adie. The end for now." Rosaline stated with a chuckle as she leaned back. Adie gave out a yawn and jumped onto Rosaline's lap. She then began to snuggle and begins to fall asleep as Rosaline began rubbing behind her ears. "I could have been a Digidestined earlier...But I only wanted Adie as my partner. Did you know you can becoming a Digidestined is likely due to a contact with a digimon or something?"

Masa simply blinked as Rosaline began to crack up. Had he missed the joke? Was this another thing that normal kids thought was funny? The longer and harder she laughed the more he began to grow confused and disheartened. When she finally stopped he let out a soft sigh of relief. "So she was a knight, huh?" he asked, though it was more of a statement. He looked over the small orb and wondered how exactly a small dragon like digimon went from that to a knight. The concept of it was mind boggling. How did those to go together, he wondered as he thought it over. Well, he said, dragons and knights are similar in the sense that they were both of medival origin. He nodded, feeling that the connection was sufficent enough to warrant that the digivolution was possible. His eyes darted between Adie and his own digimon as he thought of what he would digivolve into.
The idea wasn't the first to pop up in his mine, though it wasn't the last. When he first thought of it he wanted to reject it outright. It was the only logical answer though. Masa let laughed softly at first and it slowly grew until he teared slightly. "Haha, Puroromon," he said between fits of laughing, "You're not gonna digivolve into a queen bee or a hive or something like that, right?" he asked as he wiped the tears from his eyes. His ideas of what his partner would turn into were fearsome to just plain out ragous. If he weren't so terrible at drawing he would have drawn a few pictures for his friend. Puroromon didn't seem to like the idea of turning into a giant bee hive or turning into a girl.
Puroromon was one of the few digimon that adamantly declared that he was male. A small vein bulged on the tiny bee's head as glared at his friend. With surprising speed Puroromon leaped at Masato. The bee, reacting as all do when agitated, positioned his backside to Puroromon and then stabbed him with his tiny stinger. Masa jumped and grabbed his left bicep. "Ow!" he cried out as he looked at his partner. "What was that for?" he asked as he looked at the bee, who now wore a smug look on his face. Puroromon let out an irritated buzzing sound as he turned away from Masa.
"Masa-masa is making fun of Puroromon. Puroromon doesn't turn into a silly hive or a queen. Puroromon turns into a hero!" he said as he positioned himself onto his hind legs and struck a heroic pose. Masa couldn't stay angry at his partner and then laughed again. The silly little guy always brightened up his day, even if he was the one making it miserable in the first place. The boy placed his hand on top of the monsters head and patted it again. Puroromon grinned as he flapped his wings and floated up to Masa's arm. He stuck out his tongue and licked the wound leaving a sticky, honey lick saliva on it. "Puroromon is sorry he stung Masa-masa." he said as he floated up higher and landed on the boy's head.
Masa cringed as he tried to wipe of the bee spit that was covering his arm. "It's okay," he said as he wiped his hand along the bench. All this had taken place before Rosaline began her story. Once it began though the two became dead quiet. Puroromon's eyes drifted towards Adie as he heard that she was once a Dukemon, one of the most powerful digimon in the digital world. Masa was more interested with the story itself. By the time she was finished both of their mouths hung open in a combination of awe and shock. Puroromon was the first to recover. He closed his mouth with a click and then jumped off of Masa's head. He circled around Adie several times before sitting down in front of her.
"You were a mega?" he asked in an enchanted tone. Puroromon had never looked up to anyone before. He had never had a reason too. When the small mon had existed in the digital world he was nothing but a worker in the hive that all Fanbeemon lived in. He dreamed of something more but all he ever had to look forward to was working. The megas he met kicked him and pushed him around. He had heard stories though of a certain group of Knight Digimon called the Royal Knights. He knew that an Omnimon was amongst there ranks, though he was male. Just the fact that he met someone of the same race was enough to silence the noisy insect. "Masa-masa!" Puroromon shouted, "Make me digivolve to mega!"
Masa rubbed the back of his head as he picked apart the story for information. He turned toward the book that Rosaline had given him and thought about opening it. He shook his head lightly as he picked it up. "I don't think I can. I didn't even know there was a mega until today. Heck, I still haven't gotten you to digivolve the champion yet." he said as he picked up his digivice and looked over it. He wondered what mysteries there were inside this strange little machine. He sat clipped it onto the strap of his bag and then handed the spiral notebook back to Rosaline. "Thank you for the offer." he said as he smiled at her, his first sincere smile aimed at her. "But I think I'd like to figure this out on my own." he reddened out of embarrassment and rubbed the back of his head. "I mean, I don't think any other digidestined got to have it this easy and I feel like that's part of growing as one." Masa had no idea what it took to be a digidestined but he wanted to find out what his meant with his own strength. It was just something he had to do.
When she mentioned interacting with digimon Masa's eyes widened. "That would explain a lot." he said quickly. "When I was a kid I saw something on the internet. It was a fight between these two giant digimon. One looked like a knight with a cannon and a sword and the other looked like some kind of demon." he put his finger to his lips as he tried to remember the names of the digimon. "So they're the reason that I'm a digidestined." he said with a hint of amazement in his tone.
